Governance

Kuiper is governance-minimized. The protocol owner, possibly a DAO in the future, is only capable of taking the following actions:

  • changing the minimum license fee (set at launch to 0.1%) .

  • changing the percentage of license fee revenue collected by the DAO. This percentage cannot be set above 20%.

  • changing the owner of the Kuiper factory contract. The only privilege afforded to the contract owner is the right to receive a maximum of 20% of license fee revenue.

  • changing global protocol parameters relevant to the aggressiveness of auctions.

    • auction multiplier

    • bond percent
